THE BIG IDEA
Communities are alike and different and are found all over the world.
Our Goals
- to compare and contrast communities found all over the world.
-to represent as many communities as possible with photos.
Directions:
-Contact a friend or family member that lives in another state or country.
-Explain the Big Idea and our goals.
-Ask them take a picture of themselves somewhere in their community.
-Ask them to hold a sign with the name of their community and state.
-Ask that person to email the picture to me at anne.soliman@hanovertwpschools.org with your name in the subject line.
Don’t forget, if you go to a community outside of New Jersey; be sure to take a photo of yourself!
We will be plotting communities on our classroom maps and displaying their photos!
