Session #7 - Milestones & Timelines

In the final session of the Strategic Planning process, staff implementation teams will build the accountability structure that turns the five-year plan into a working roadmap. Each initiative identified in Session 6 will be assigned specific benchmarks, due dates, and responsible staff members.

Teams will outline year-by-year milestones and establish a framework for monitoring progress across all five goal areas. This session produces the implementation plans that will guide the district's work from 2026 through 2031, with clear ownership and measurable checkpoints at every stage.

Who Is Participating?

Session 7 is led by the same staff-based implementation teams from Session 6, working within each of the five goal areas: Safety and Wellness, Teaching and Learning, Leadership and Governance, Community and Culture, and Finance and Facilities.

Community Updates

The completed Strategic Plan will be shared with the full community upon adoption by the Board of Education. Updates will continue through the district website, newsletters, and school communications.
