Greetings BMS Families!
We are the Bee Meadow School PTA and we're excited to work with you to make the school year a success for our students. The PTA works hand-in-hand with school administration, faculty and staff to bring enriching programs and services to our BMS community that include but are not limited to the school lunch program, cultural arts events and assemblies, school spirit wear, and so much more!As you can see, we are a busy bunch of bees in the BMS PTA and we couldn't do it without the help of parent and teacher volunteers. The 2020-2021 school year promises to be jam-packed with exciting initiatives and we are always looking for more assistance. If you'd like to get involved in any of our programs, or if you have an idea or suggestion, please email us at email@example.com.Thanks for your consideration and here's to a great year!Sincerely,Your 2020-2021 BMS PTA BoardEvan, Jennifer, Gloria, Vanessa, and Michelle
BMS PTA Membership - Online Registration NOW AVAILABLE
Not sure if you want to join the PTA, here's 10 great reasons!
Online registration is now available for BMS PTA membership. As a reminder, annual dues are $10/adult and they provide significant funding to our organization as well as your membership to the state and national level organizations. PTA dues help fund a number of educational programs and services at BMS including cultural arts assemblies, field trips, author day, and more. Review our Membership Flyer for more information. To register online via the NJ PTA’s new MemberHub platform, please visit https://bmsptanj.memberhub.
Birthday Book Club - Now Accepting Forms!
Celebrate your child’s birthday with a good book! The Birthday Book Club is a program where parents, family members and staff can donate a book to the library in honor of a student for their birthday. This program runs all year long. Please click here to see the form.
Ways to Get Involved!
Lunch Volunteers Needed! - We are always in need of volunteers to help out with our lunch program. Please consider donating your time to this program - you can volunteer as many or as few days as your schedule allows. If you have never volunteered before, don't worry! There is always a seasoned lunch leader there to help show you the ropes! This is a great way to participate with a very low time commitment.

Fall Book Fair Volunteers Needed! - Our fall book fair will be held from Wednesday, October 16, through Friday, October 19. Funds raised from our book fairs provide valuable resources for our students, such as increating both our school and classroom libraries. Scholastic dollars can even be used to purchase things like the library bean bag chairs and STEM building sets! However, none of this would be possible without your help!
