Miss Martucci - Kindergarten

Attendance:
Please alert the office with any absences, late arrivals or early dismissals you may need for your child. It is very important that the office is always notified.

Snack/ Lunch:
Don't forget to always bring a healthy snack and lunch. Please pack your child's snack and lunch separately. Although we eat snack around 10:00am and lunch around 12:00pm, it is important to always eat a filling breakfast to start off your day!

Specials:
Please be aware of our specials schedule located to the right. Students must wear sneakers every Thursday to participate in Phys. Ed. and must return all library books on Monday for Media.

Folders:
Please be sure to check your child's folder each night. Folders may contain work that is to be kept at home, personal notes about your child's day, homework, or important notices that need to be filled out and returned to myself or the office. 

Envisions, Super Kids, and Raz Kids:
We have started our Envisions math, Rowland Reading language arts and Raz Kids reading. Please utilize the online portals at home to reinforce what is being learned in the classroom.

Homework:
Homework will be assigned every Monday thru Thursday. The homework will alternate between or be both a review of math and language arts concepts. Online access to both the enVisions math series and Superkids language arts series is available online. Use the passwords that have been provided for online access. See the related links on this page.

Contact Information:
You are more than welcome to email me at any time. Please be mindful that in kindergarten, we are busy bees right until dismissal at 3:05, so I most likely will not be able to check my email throughout the day. I will be more than happy to respond at a later time. You may also leave a message with the office and I will be able to contact you through the school's phone sometime after dismissal.
