    Welcome to the website of Mrs.Colasuonno. Please visit frequently for updates on homework, classroom activities, and school events. It will be an exciting year in kindergarten! Grades K-5 are using the Envisions math program. Envisions Math is an engaging, thought- provoking program that allows students to problem solve using manipulatives and many online resources. Our reading program, Superkids, uses a variety of activities to enhance reading, writing, spelling, and grammar skills. The Character Education topics this spring are citizenship and fairness. Students will participate in many activities that promote these important character traits. Materials and motion are the focus in science. Students will also explore the wonderful world of engineering this year. Social studies units during MP3 and MP4 include Geography of the Neighborhood, Time and Chronology, and Learning About the Past. We look forward to our year-end activities, including our Superkids celebration in June!
