Schedule Changes 2024-2025

 

All schedule changes and new enrollments for Early Birds and/or After Care must be requested through your Eleyo account OR via email by the dates listed below.  Requesting a change after the deadline date will automatically push the change into effect for the next month (i.e. requesting a change for November after October 23 will result in the change being made for a December start).  Please note that all changes incur a schedule change fee of $20.  New registrations must be received in Eleyo by the dates listed below to begin the following month.  All new enrollments and/or schedule changes are pending, based on availability in the program.

Deadline for September Enrollment (only) - August 7 (contracts submitted after this date will remain pending for an October start, pending space is available)

Deadline for September Changes (only) - August 16

Deadline for October Change Requests or New Registrations - September 23

Deadline for November Change Requests or New Registrations - October 23

Deadline for December Change Requests or New Registrations - November 23

Deadline for January Change Requests or New Registrations - December 17

Deadline for February Change Requests or New Registrations - January 23

Deadline for March Change Requests or New Registrations - February 23

Deadline for April Change Requests or New Registrations - March 23
