Camp HTSACC 2025 Fees and Registration Information

Registration: Registration will open on two separate dates (February 25-March 9 & March 11-April 11).  Registration will be completed online, through Eleyo

Registration Dates: The first round of registration will open at 7:00pm on Tuesday, February 25 and remain open through Sunday, March 9 for families looking to enroll 5 days per week, for any amount of weeks (week 1 and 2 of camp are less than 5 days, but will still fall within these parameters). The second round of registration will reopen on Tuesday, March 11 at 7:00PM, for families enrolling any amount of days (3, 4, or 5 days), for any amount of weeks. Should any days fill, they will be noted on the registration page. Registration will remain open through Friday, April 11.

*Please note, the only schedule change for families taking advantage of the early registration window (Feb 25-March 9) will be to remove the entire week - families will not be permitted to remove just 1-2 days.

Registration Requirements: Families can enroll their child/ren for as many or as few weeks as needed, so long as each child is registered for the minimum number of days required, based on the window of registration.  The number of days, as well as the specific days, can vary from week to week.  If adding Before Care and/or After Care, you must select care for the same days your child will attend camp that week. These additions to the camp day can be added for some weeks or all weeks, based on your needs.

Registration Fee: A non-refundable registration fee of $50 per family is required when you register. 

Camp Payments: Camp fees are set per week, per camper.  Invoices will be emailed once contracts are approved, with payment for weeks 1-4 due no later than April 1.  The remaining balance for week 5-8 will be invoiced for and due by May 1.  Registrations received after April 1 will be invoiced for the full amount, due May 1. Payments can be made online via credit/debit card or by cash/check. Make checks payable to HTSACC and write your child’s name on the memo line. Checks and/or cash must be received in the HTSACC office by the due date. To avoid issues with mail, payments can be dropped in our lockbox. Failure to remit payment by the due date could result in removal from the camp program, with no refund of previously paid fees.

Schedule Changes: Up to 2 schedule changes will be permitted per family through 12PM on April 24 - no changes of any kind will be accepted after this date.  Schedule changes incur an additional $20 fee, plus any balance owed (if adding days), and will be accommodated based on availability.  Should a change result in additional fees owed, payment will be due no later than May 1.  Any balances on the account will remain as a credit to be used for future HTSACC programs. There will be no refunds, credits, or make-up days for missed camp days for any reason

Camp Fees: Fees will be assessed per week, per child.

Camp Day:

  • 5 days - $340/child/week
  • 4 days - $300/child/week
  • 3 days - $250/child/week

Before Care + Camp:

  • 5 days - $390/child/week
  • 4 days - $340/child/week
  • 3 days - $280/child/week

Camp + After Care:

  • 5 days - $415/child/week
  • 4 days - $360/child/week
  • 3 days - $295/child/week

Before Care + Camp + After Care

  • 5 days - $465/child/week
  • 4 days - $400/child/week
  • 3 days - $325/child/week
