Use of School Facilities

Effective Monday, December 1, 2025, all individuals, groups, and organizations wishing to use any of the indoor or outdoor school facilities of the Hanover Township School District must complete our new online application below.*  

After the application is submitted it will automatically be forwarded to the Building & Grounds department for processing and approval.  The individual submitting the application will receive email updates through every step of the process.  If you have any questions, please contact us directly at (973) 515-2414 or facilities@htboe.org.

* All applications submitted prior to 12/1/25 for use of our facilities after 12/1/25 will be honored and do not             need to be re-submitted.
