Please click on the above link to download and print the forms and fill them out completely. We require original signatures on all paperwork - faxes can not be accepted. We must receive the $35.00 annual Family Registration Fee with the paperwork to process your request. Incomplete forms will be held and not processed until all information is complete. All forms are due in the HTSACC office by 9:00AM on Tuesday, July 31, 2018.

    If your 2017-2018 school year HTSACC account or Camp HTSACC 2018 account is not paid in full,  your registration will not be accepted until your account is cleared.

    Registrations are accepted by mail or can be dropped off at the office or left in the secure lock-box located to the right of the HTSACC office door at 61 Highland Ave. in Whippany (behind the Board of Education office).  New registrations, changes and withdrawals follow the cut-off dates below.  Registrations, changes and withdrawals received after the monthly cut-off date will not be effective until the next month.  Please note that a $20.00 schedule change fee is in effect for all changes.  If you have any questions, please call the office at 973-515-2449.
